Frozen Raspberry Squares

INGREDIENTS

1 cup finely crushed Oreo Cookies, about 14 cookies
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup sour cream
12 ounces frozen raspberries
chocolate syrup for serving

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Coat an 8-by-8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos with butter.
    Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.

  2. In another bowl, stir together sugar, half-and-half and sour cream.

    Fold in the frozen raspberries and spread mixture evenly over cookie crust.

  3. Cover and freeze 3-4 hours.

    Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
    Slice into squares and serve drizzled with chocolate syrup.
